Landscaping in Johnson City, TN

Landscaping Across Johnson City, TN

Johnson City is where Mendez Hardscaping is based, and it is the part of the Tri-Cities where most of our hillside lots, older neighborhoods and newer subdivisions sit side by side. Red clay soil and a real freeze-and-thaw winter mean a base that is not built right will show it within a few seasons.

For Johnson City homeowners we combine landscape design with the hardscape that holds it together: edged beds, retaining walls, patios and sod. New construction yards in the area usually arrive as bare graded dirt, and we can plan the whole yard so you are not coordinating several crews.

How We Build landscaping

New-home yards usually start as bare, graded dirt. We can bring grade and drainage into shape, build the patio and paths, install sod and set up beds, so you are not coordinating several crews. For existing yards we work in stages that fit your budget.
